Shipping

Last updated 13 October 2026. Every book is printed to order and posted directly to you by our printer. We do not hold stock, so printing starts only when you have approved your proof and paid.

Where we ship

At the moment we ship to France, the other countries of the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States. If you live somewhere else, write to us and we will tell you whether we can.

What it costs and how long it takes

Shipping is a flat charge for tracked delivery, added to the price of the book. The time starts from the day you pay and includes printing.

France: 8.50 euros, usually 10 to 14 working days.
Other EU countries: 7.60 euros, usually 10 to 15 working days.
United Kingdom: 4.90 euros (shown in pounds), usually 10 to 14 working days.
United States: 5.60 euros (shown in US dollars), usually 14 to 18 working days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. The exact shipping charge is shown on your payment link before you pay, in the currency of your country.

Tracking

The printer sends you a tracking number by email when your book is on its way.

Import duties and taxes

If your country charges import duties or taxes on parcels, they are not included and are your responsibility.

Your address

Please check the address you give us carefully. We cannot change it once the book has been sent to print. If your book is lost or arrives damaged, tell us at hello@mattandmilly.com and we will put it right. See our refund policy for what we cover.
