Who are we writing about?
Choose the kind of animal they are, and you will see a few short questions that fit them. Skip any you like and keep answers short. The part that matters most is the last big box, in your own words.

What happens next
We read everything and write to you by email. Then we write and paint your book, and send you a proof. You can ask for changes twice. You pay only when you love it, and then we print and post it.

How long it takes
- Your proof: about a week after we receive your answers and photos. Changes usually take a few days, and you can ask for them twice.
- Printing and delivery start when you approve your proof and pay: usually 10 to 14 working days to France and the UK, 10 to 15 to the rest of the EU, and 14 to 18 to the United States. These are estimates, not guarantees.
- For Christmas: start your book by 15 November and approve your proof by 30 November (25 November for the United States).
